Commissioner - Adrian Leppard

The head of the City of London Police traditionally holds the rank of Commissioner. With the exception of the Metropolitan Police Service, which has its own Commissioner, all other UK police forces have a Chief Constable at their head.

Assistant Commissioner - Ian Dyson

Next in the leadership structure is the Assistant Commissioner. Ian Dyson succeeded Frank Armstrong as Assistant Commissioner for the City of London Police in September 2012.

T/Commander - operations

The Commander is the third tier in our leadership structure. Wayne Chance succeeded Ian Dyson as T/Commander for the City of London Police in October 2012. He is responsible for the force's key strategic operational requirements.

T/Commander - national coordinator for economic crime

The Commander is the third tier in our leadership structure. Steve Head succeeded Ian Dyson as T/Commander for the City of London Police in 2012. He is responsible for economic crime, and specifically for the `roll out` of the National Programme to create a comprehensive network of regional fraud teams across the whole of England and Wales.

Director of Corporate Services - Eric Nisbett

Director of Corporate Services shares the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) support portfolio with the Commander, with specific responsibility for Finance, General Services, Technology, Corporate Projects and Shared Services.
