Events management

Road Closures

Effective management of events taking place on the public highway is essential to ensure the success of the event, safety of participants and spectators and to minimise disruption to other highway users. Planning involves discussions between the event organiser, the City Police and the City of London. On the ground activities include the provision of crowd control barriers.

If you are planning an event, which would impact, on the highway, apply online providing information about your event. Current events, which cause disruption to Highway users can be found on the City of London Corporation website.
