Action Fraud

You can report a fraud to Action Fraud by using their online fraud reporting tool, or by speaking to their specialist fraud advisers on 0300 123 2040.

Victims of credit card fraud

If debit or credit cards, online banking or cheques are involved, your first step should be to contact your bank or credit card company.

Suspected fraud

If you suspect that someone is committing a fraud, please report this to the appropriate organisation. e.g. contact the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) at www.direct.gov.uk for anything related to benefit fraud.
