New advice section launched

The City of London Police web team has developed a new advice section on its website and improved the home page to enable visitors to easily access a wealth of advice and information on topics ranging from fraud prevention to cycle safety.

The changes have been made after a user study and online survey of the 2011 website showed that the advice section of the website was an area that needed improving, particularly how people can navigate easily to advice that they felt was buried deep within the website.

The new section aims to surface this advice and enable visitors to find the information they need quickly and easily.
