'Courier' theft prompts force warning

The City of London Police is warning reception staff in City offices to be on their guard, after thefts by a man posing as a pedal cycle courier.

The man claimed to be making deliveries, but once inside the office is believed to have stolen laptops and petty cash from unattended desks.

He was seen in CCTV wearing a dark baseball cap, wrap around dark sunglasses, a green to dark coloured long sleeve jacket, dark trousers, dark trainers and dark gloves.
