Policing plan 2009-2012

This is the Local Policing Plan for the City of London. The Plan is in three sections:

  • Section One details the strategic overview for the next three years, outlining key themes and outcomes. It also shows how the Force will support National Community Safety Priorities and how Force priorities are aligned to local community safety priorities through the Safer City Partnership and Local Area Agreement.
  • Section Two focuses on the year immediately ahead and provides more detailed information about how policing will be delivered during 2009-2010.
  • Section Three provides background information about the finances required to deliver the plan, how we plan to make efficiencies, planned resources, how we have performed and a summary of the Force’s targets and measures.

Whilst the plan covers a three-year period, it will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant to current and future priorities.
