Overview & brief history

Broad Street ward boundaries are Liverpool street in the north, Throgmorton Street in the south, Copthall Avenue in the west and Old Broad Street in the east.

The ward area is predominantly business with a smattering of pubs, bars and restaurants.

There are two major construction sites on the ward area, at Drapers Gardens and 41 Lothbury.
Buildings of note are the Carpenters and Drapers livery halls.
