Policy and Personal Data 1. The City of London Police will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the User’s privacy is protected. When the User contacts the City of London Police, requires information or data or provides information or data the City of London Police will/may require to know the name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number.
