Information notice

As part of step one of the Government's Covid-19 roadmap there will be some limited changes from 29 March 2021. The stay at home order will end from this date, although many lockdown restrictions will remain.

With the lifting of the stay at home order and our move towards the launch of our new registration system in April 2021, OVRO will operate as follows:

  • 29 March 2021 to 30 April 2021: OVRO will re-open to accept customers with pre-booked appointments only under our current system. Customers should attend their appointment as normal, on time and with the correct documents. All attendees will be checked against our booking list upon arrival – please make sure you bring your passport.
  • If you have an appointment booked under our current OVRO system between 4 May 2021 and 16 August 2021, you should regard your appointment as being cancelled. Please wait until April 2021 to access our new system from this webpage to book a new appointment. Registration/appointment attendance made under our current booking system will not be accepted from 4 May 2021.
  • Our current booking facility remains deactivated and you will not be able to book a new appointment or change an existing one until we launch our new system in April 2021.

OVRO continues to maintain a high level of Covid-19 compliancy and safety standards which include social distancing within our public and staff areas.

Hand sanitisers and wipes are available upon arrival and face coverings must be worn during attendance.

Please continue to visit this website regularly for news of OVRO's new registration system.
