Find out below which changes should be reported, how soon to report them, and who to report them to.
I'd like to report a change to my study address or course
If you need to report a change in study address (eg the same University or College or School but a different campus location), you should do this via your online account within eight days of the change.
You don't need to attend the Overseas Visitors Records Office (OVRO).
Please note: If you've been granted a new visa on the basis of continuing your studies with an existing educational institute or sponsor, then you'll need to update your account with the new visa details as well as study or course details, and book an appointment to attend the OVRO.
Please bring with you:
your police registration certificate (PRC)
your biometric residence permit (BRP) with UKVI/Home Office approval letter or email
your confirmation of acceptance (CAS) letter with the full address and full details of study or course.
If you live and are registered with another police force outside of the London or City of London area but study in the London or City of London area, you must report to the police force you live in and not the police force covering were you study if this happens to be in London.
