Administration Support Officer - NFIB

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work at the heart of the UK’s response to combating fraud and cyber-crime. The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) who collect, analyse and disseminate economic crime and cyber-crime reports across the UK is seeking to recruit an Administration Support Officer. This is a dynamic and interesting environment where you will be using your skills, knowledge and experience to deliver a service at the forefront of crime prevention, investigation and disruption.

Reporting directly to the NFIB Officer Manager the post holder will work as part of an important customer facing team and provide administrative support with regards to budget management, resource planning, purchasing, business continuity and other administrative functions. The role will offer opportunities for further development working with a progressive organisation that delivers essential services to a diverse range of communities.

To be successful you will be an effective communicator with good organisational skills who has a proven record in meeting deadlines. You will use these skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and processes to deliver the NFIB strategic vision of delivering a victim centric service to victims of fraud and cyber-crime through reporting, analysis, disruption of offenders and crime prevention objectives.
