A misconduct hearing has concluded that Former Officer 436CP, a former Police Constable at the City of London Police, breached professional standards. Former Officer 436CP joined the City of London Police on 01/08/22.

Following earlier criminal investigations that concluded with no further action, a misconduct hearing chaired by an Independent Legally Qualified Chair was convened by the City of London Police in relation to the same matters and allegations that one of its officers had breached standards of professional behaviour.
