FOI Enforcement Notice Action Plan
The City of London Police received an enforcement notice from the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) on 20th November 2024. The notice relates to the force's non-compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2000, specifically its slow response times to FOI requests.

The City of London Police has accepted the enforcement notice, has developed and shared its action plan with the ICO within 30 days, and has been working through this action plan to address the issues outlined in the notice.
