The City of London Police have arrested and charged a man with acting as a company director whilst disqualified.
Christian Beauchamp, 43 (DOB: 19/01/78) from Essex, was arrested on Thursday 11 February 2021 and charged with contravening a disqualification order under Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
He has been bailed with conditions to appear before Southwark Crown Court on 12 March 2021.
