A man will appear in court charged with fraud offences.
Stephen Redgewell, 59, of Brian Road, Romford was charged, following authorisation from the Crown Prosecution Service, with the following offences on 23 April 2025:
The charges relate to an investigation led by the City of London Police into financial misconduct that is alleged to have taken place between October 2013 and October 2018, whilst Redgewell was employed within the Metropolitan Police Federation.
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 20 June 2025.
