A City of London Police spokesperson said:
“Tegan Hill, 38, of Anerley, Bromley and Joseph Knight, 24, of no fixed abode have been charged with criminal damage and public order offences at a building on Fenchurch Street (23 December 2025).
“They were held in custody overnight and will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court this morning.
“At the same scene, a 22-year-old woman was arrested for displaying an item (in this case a placard) in support of a proscribed organisation (in this case Palestine Action) contrary to Section 13 of the Terrorism Act 2000. She has been released on bail to a date in March.”
