The Retail Crime Investigation Team supports businesses by investigating shoplifting offences and targeting prolific offenders, while neighbourhood officers remain visible and accessible within the ward.

Nighttime economy
Action taken:
Working with licensing officers, the British Transport Police, Servator teams and local partners, we provide high-visibility patrols and reassurance throughout the night-time economy. We also support initiatives that promote the safety of women and girls, including the City Safe Bus, delivered in partnership with the Eastern City BID, providing a safe haven for our communities. Delivering vulnerability training and spiking awareness training across our licensed premises to raise awareness and create a collaborative response to public safety.
